A Missouri Lottery player won $2 million on a $20 $2,000,000 Bankroll Scratchers ticket bought at Casey's, 602 E. Young Ave., in Warrensburg. It was the first of the game's two top prizes to be claimed.

The winner found it under a single scratched number, according to the Missouri Lottery. "It was just one number!" she said. "It's a blessing to win." She told the lottery she plans to use some of the money to buy a home.

The game went on sale on June 29 and the lottery's prize table shows how much of it is still out there.

The $20 prize tier is the best place to estimate how far along the game is, because winners are unlikely to leave those prizes unclaimed for long. About 26% have been claimed so far, which points to roughly three quarters of the tickets still being unsold or unscratched. That would leave the final $2 million prize somewhere in a pool of about 2.4 million tickets.

The lottery's published prize counts add up to about $50.9 million in prizes across an estimated 3.27 million tickets, or $65.5 million in total sales. That works out to a payout of about 77.7%, close to what $20 scratch-offs usually return. Overall odds are 1 in 3.04, while the top-prize odds come out to about 1 in 1.64 million per ticket.

$2,000,000 Bankroll currently has a ValueScore™ of 58.9, ranking second among Missouri's 11 active $20 games. The only one ahead of it is the newly launched Red Hot Money. You can see the statewide rankings on our best value list.

Johnson County players won more than $5.7 million in Missouri Lottery prizes in fiscal 2026, and more than $9.3 million in lottery proceeds went to education programs in the county, the lottery said.
