All original content on ScratchCheck, including our rankings methodology, ValueScore™ system, comparative analyses, and editorial content, is independently developed and owned by 7H Ventures LLC.
Independent Analysis
ScratchCheck organizes and analyzes publicly available factual information to create comparative metrics and proprietary analytical tools, including ValueScore™.
All rankings, derived metrics, scoring systems, and comparative evaluations are independently developed by 7H Ventures LLC and represent our own analytical work product, not data provided by or endorsed by any lottery organization.
No Affiliation or Endorsement
ScratchCheck is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with any lottery commission or governing body worldwide.
Official lottery websites remain the sole authoritative source for official game rules, prize claims, and regulatory information. In the event of any discrepancy between ScratchCheck data and official lottery sources, the official source controls.
Respect for Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and brand names displayed on ScratchCheck belong to their respective owners and are referenced solely for identification and informational purposes. ScratchCheck does not claim ownership of any lottery trademarks or branding materials.
Where lottery names or game titles are referenced, they are used in a factual, descriptive context consistent with nominative fair use principles.

- GREEN Tier jurisdictions (full official data published): updated daily
- ORANGE Tier jurisdictions (partial or estimated data): updated multiple times per week
Where estimates are used due to incomplete public disclosures, such estimates are clearly labeled on all relevant game pages. ScratchCheck makes no representations that displayed data is real-time or reflects current prize availability at any given moment.
Requests and Corrections
If a party believes information displayed on ScratchCheck is inaccurate or raises a legitimate data concern, 7H Ventures LLC independently reviews all substantiated requests and updates information when warranted.
