The ticket was a top prize on The Hunt for $3,000,000, a $30 game, and it was sold at the 7-Eleven at 6403 Brownsville Road in South Park Township. The store gets a $10,000 bonus for selling it. The lottery did not name the winner.

The game pays back 77.5% of sales as prizes, with overall odds of 1 in 3.32. About 68% of the print run has sold, and the game rates 63.1 on our ValueScore™, ninth of Pennsylvania's 11 active $30 games. The state's top $30 ticket, Game Show Experience at 95.4, pays back 79.2% and is new enough that its big prizes are still out there.

It is the second $3 million Pennsylvania scratch-off we have covered this month. An Erie County man collected $3 million on the $30 $3,000,000 Golden Ticket after switching vending machines. Pennsylvania sends its lottery proceeds to programs for older residents, and it cleared more than $1 billion for them last fiscal year.

Scratch-off prizes in Pennsylvania expire one year after a game's end-sale date. Current rankings for every Pennsylvania game are on our best value list.
