VOLCANO™

The Pennsylvania Lottery offers VOLCANO™ as part of its PA iLottery eInstants lineup, an instant game you play from a phone or computer inside Pennsylvania. Wagers run from $0.10 to $30 per play, with a top prize of $300K. About 1 play in every 2 wins something, per the published 1 in 2.11 overall odds. The lottery states an average return to player of 86.50%, meaning roughly 87 cents of every wagered dollar comes back as prizes over time. A random number generator decides each play, so nothing depletes the way a scratch-off print run does.
