Two Pennsylvania scratch-offs worth $8.25 million were sold in Allegheny County

Two scratch-offs sold in Allegheny County are worth a combined $8.25 million, the Pennsylvania Lottery said Tuesday. The lottery did not name the winners.
The larger one is a top prize on the $20 $500,000 a Year for Life, sold at Kesari LLC (BP), 838 East Warrington Avenue, in Pittsburgh. It pays $500,000 a year for life, or a cash option of $7.25 million before tax withholdings. The store gets a $10,000 bonus for selling it.

The game went on sale in late December 2025 with five top prizes in a run of about 8.4 million tickets, one top prize per 1.68 million tickets. Lottery data shows three of the five still unclaimed and about 49% of tickets sold, so a ticket bought now has about a 1 in 1.43 million chance at one, slightly better than at launch. Four of its ten $50,000 prizes are also left.
The second ticket, a $1 million winner on the $30 GAME SHOW EXPERIENCE, was sold at Bellevue Tobacco & News LLC, 615 Lincoln Avenue, in Bellevue Borough, which gets a $5,000 bonus. That game only went on sale September 12. It has five $1 million top prizes in about 5.4 million tickets, and four of them remain, along with nine of its ten $300,000 prizes. About 5% of its tickets have sold.

GAME SHOW EXPERIENCE was the top-rated game of the five Pennsylvania launched in September, and it now rates 92.2 on our ValueScore™, the best of Pennsylvania's 71 active games. It returns 79.2% of sales as prizes. $500,000 a Year for Life rates 71.5 and returns 77.8%, counting the lifetime prize at the lottery's $7.25 million cash value.
Pennsylvania scratch-off prizes expire one year from the game's end-sale date, the lottery said, and winners should sign the back of the ticket right away. Which Pennsylvania games still hold the most top prizes is updated daily.
