Florida launched five scratch-offs at once, and each one debuts at the top of its price point

$15,000,000 Platinum Payout

The $30 $15,000,000 Platinum Payout debuts at #1 in Florida. There are two $15 million top prizes, four $1 million prizes, and eight of $100,000 in a print run of about 15.9 million tickets. That makes a $15 million win about 1 in 7.95 million per ticket, and a $1 million or bigger prize about 1 in 2.65 million. It pays back 79.1% of sales, the same as Florida's $30 average, and rates 95.9, first of all 89 games in Florida.
$2,000,000 Spectacular

The strongest pick on price. It pays back 78.5%, well above the 76.1% Florida average for $10 tickets, and carries six top prizes of $2 million in about 13.4 million tickets, or 1 in 2.23 million. It rates 93.4, second in the state behind Platinum Payout.
Black Pearls

The prize table lists four prizes of $1,000,000. The game has a 73.1% payout and it rates 74.1, first of Florida's 26 active $5 games.
Money Roll and Wild 9s
The two cheap tickets pay about what their price points always do. Money Roll, at $2, has six $50,000 top prizes, or 1 in 1.83 million, and pays 68.8%. Wild 9s, at $1, has 18 top prizes of $9,000, or 1 in 798,917, and pays 62.5%. On Wild 9s, 1.44 million of the roughly 2.97 million winners get their $1 back and nothing more.
Florida's payout climbs from 62.3% on $1 tickets to 79.1% at $30, the same slope we see across the country. August's releases are in our earlier roundup, and current rankings are on our best value list.
