A Toledo man bought a $50 Millionaire Blowout ticket in Ohio and hit the top prize, worth $40,000 a year for 25 years. He then bought another ticket in the same game and won $25,000 on that one too.
Both tickets came from Mike's Corner Store at 2425 Key St. in Toledo. The winner told the Ohio Lottery he plans to take a long vacation, buy a new car, spend some on his kids, and save what is left.

He took the cash option on the jackpot, which is $500,000 rather than the $1 million headline figure (paid at $40,000 a year over 25 years). State and federal withholdings of 26.75% come off that, leaving about $366,250. The $25,000 second win nets roughly $18,000 after the same tax withholdings.
