California Lottery reveals two $5 million winners and a $10 million winner all on scratch-offs

A Stockton man has won $5 million on the California Lottery's $20 $5,000,000 Superstar Scratchers game, the lottery said Tuesday. Jose Ponce Flores bought the ticket at Chevron #1580, 4344 E. Waterloo Road in Stockton. The lottery announced two other big Scratchers wins in the same release, one in Los Gatos and one in Lynwood.

Superstar was printed with five $5 million top prizes, about one per 3.04 million tickets, in a run of about 15.2 million. California Lottery data now shows none of the five remaining, and the game no longer appears among the Scratchers listed for sale in our data. Of its 130 prizes of $100,000, 40 had not been claimed. The lottery's release did not say when Ponce Flores claimed or whether he chose the cash option.
| Winner | City | Game | Price | Prize | Top prizes left |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Jose Ponce Flores | Stockton | $5,000,000 Superstar | $20 | $5 million | 0 of 5 |
| Hae Kim | Los Gatos | 100X The Cash | $20 | $5 million | 2 of 6 |
| Alberta Davis | Lynwood | 7's | $30 | $10 million | 2 of 5 |

In Los Gatos, Hae Kim won $5 million on 100X The Cash with a ticket from Safeway 08-1245 at 15549 Union Ave. The game launched in March with six top prizes in 18 million tickets. Two are left and about 59% of tickets have sold, so a ticket bought now has about a 1 in 3.7 million shot at one, a bit longer than the 1 in 3 million at launch. It rates 66.9 on our ValueScore™, fifth among California's 13 active $20 games.

The largest of the three, $10 million, went to Alberta Davis, whose 7's ticket was sold at US La Michoacana in the Lynwood Farmers Market, 12301 Atlantic Ave. The $30 game has been on sale since August 2025 with five $10 million top prizes in about 15.2 million tickets. Two remain, and with about 70% of tickets sold, the odds of one are about 1 in 2.3 million per ticket, better than the 1 in 3.04 million at launch. It returns 79.6% of sales as prizes, and the overall odds are 1 in 2.71.
California's earlier big Scratchers winners this fall include seven winners worth $24 million on crossword games, and how much prize money is left in California Scratchers is tracked across every game.
