Blast the Stack$

Blast the Stack$ belongs to the Pennsylvania Lottery's PA iLottery eInstants, the state's online alternative to scratch-off tickets. You choose your stake, anywhere in the $0.10 - $5 range, and the biggest prize on the table is $25K. The lottery states an average return to player of 87.00%, meaning roughly 87 cents of every wagered dollar comes back as prizes over time. Every result is drawn by a random number generator the moment you play, unlike scratch-offs, where a fixed print run empties out.
