Lady Luck

The Pennsylvania Lottery offers Lady Luck as part of its PA iLottery eInstants lineup, an instant game you play from a phone or computer inside Pennsylvania. Wagers run from $0.50 to $30 per play, with a top prize of $450K. About 1 play in every 4 wins something, per the published 1 in 3.94 overall odds. The lottery states an average return to player of 89.00%, meaning roughly 89 cents of every wagered dollar comes back as prizes over time. Because outcomes come from a random number generator, there is no prize pool to run dry and no advantage to timing your play.
