Snow Me the Money

The Pennsylvania Lottery offers Snow Me the Money as part of its PA iLottery eInstants lineup, an instant game you play from a phone or computer inside Pennsylvania. Wagers run from $0.10 to $30 per play, with a top prize of $300K. About 1 play in every 5 wins something, per the published 1 in 5.44 overall odds. The lottery states an average return to player of 87.05%, meaning roughly 87 cents of every wagered dollar comes back as prizes over time. Because outcomes come from a random number generator, there is no prize pool to run dry and no advantage to timing your play.
