Oklahoma adds six scratch-offs, and the $30 Triple Winning 7s jumps to second best ticket in the state

The Oklahoma Lottery launched six new scratch-offs on sale Thursday, September 24, at prices from $1 to $30. The top prizes run from $500 to $1 million, and none of them has been claimed yet. ValueScore™ ratings and counts below are as of September 25, 2026.
| Game | Price | Top prize | Overall odds | Payout | ValueScore™ |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Triple Winning 7s | $30 | $1,000,000 | 1 in 2.77 | 75.1% | 93.1 |
| Cash Flash | $10 | $100,000 | 1 in 2.82 | 74.0% | 85.3 |
| Power Surge Payout | $5 | $50,000 | 1 in 3.09 | 68.3% | 67.8 |
| $500 Frenzy | $5 | $500 | 1 in 3.27 | 68.7% | 65.3 |
| Lucky Bucks | $2 | $12,000 | 1 in 4.04 | 60.0% | 50.2 |
| Magic 8 Ball | $1 | $4,000 | 1 in 4.03 | 58.0% | 47.3 |
Triple Winning 7s ($30)

The priciest ticket of the launch is also the strongest. At 93.1, Triple Winning 7s ranks second among all 50 active Oklahoma games, behind only the $100 $5 Million Jackpot. The lottery printed 606,880 tickets with three $1 million prizes and two $100,000 prizes, so the odds of the top prize are 1 in 202,293.
Its 75.1% payout is actually the lowest of Oklahoma's three $30 games. The score leads anyway because a brand-new game still has all of its big prizes, and that edge fades as they get claimed. Most wins here get you your money back. Of the 219,248 winning tickets, 62.3% pay $30, and about 1 ticket in 89 pays $100 or more.
Cash Flash ($10)

Cash Flash is built around small, frequent wins. Its overall odds are 1 in 2.82, and 94.0% of its winning tickets pay either $10 or $20. A prize of $50 or more turns up about once in 127 tickets. The payout, 74.0%, lands right on the average for Oklahoma's eleven $10 games, and its 85.3 rating trails only Color Blast Bingo at that price. Three $100,000 top prizes sit in a run of 725,040 tickets.
Power Surge Payout ($5)

The more traditional of the two new $5 tickets has three $50,000 top prizes and better overall odds than its sibling, 1 in 3.09. Its payout, 68.3%, sits a little under the 68.9% average for $5 games in Oklahoma. At 67.8 it is the second-best $5 ticket in the state, a hair behind August's 18K Gold.
$500 Frenzy ($5)

This one caps out at a top prize of $500. There are 2,026 of those top prizes in 878,400 tickets, roughly 1 in 434, and they hold a third of all the prize money in the game. Nothing in between is common. The next level down is $100, with 162 of them. The rest of the wins are mostly $5 and $10, with the $5 money-back prize alone making up 54.5% of winning tickets. It pays 68.7% and rates 65.3.
Lucky Bucks ($2)

Lucky Bucks now leads Oklahoma's seven $2 games at 50.2. Its payout matches the 60.0% average at that price, so the edge comes from its prizes all being in play. Three $12,000 top prizes and 27 prizes of $1,000 are spread over 872,700 tickets, and 56.6% of the winners simply return the $2.
Magic 8 Ball ($1)

The dollar ticket tops out at $4,000, with three of them. It rates 47.3, first among Oklahoma's six $1 games, which average the same 58% payout. Of its 246,447 winning tickets, 58.4% pay back the $1.
All six are listed with the state's other recent releases on the new Oklahoma scratch-offs page, and each active game is ranked on the Oklahoma ValueScore™ list. The five August launches, led by 24K Gold, are covered here.
