One brand covers rank 1 and rank 30 out of 81. That is the third time this week a state has done this. Connecticut launched four Monopoly games at once, and Michigan runs four Bonus Scratch Multiplier games that span 11th to 93rd in that state.

Across all 81 active Texas games the average payout is 70.3%, and the state runs only eight $50 tickets against 71 nationally. The $50 is still the pick of the four here. It has the best odds at 1 in 3.26, the highest payout at 78%, and a $2.5 million top prize with all four of them unclaimed.

What else sits at the top in Texas

The $100 Premier Winnings is second at 95.7 with an 80.2% payout, and the $20 Million Dollar Loteria is third at 90.5. Texas launched four other games on August 17, including that Loteria edition. Current Texas ValueScore™ rankings update daily.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the new Texas Lucky 7 scratch-offs?

Games #2768 to #2771, on sale from August 31, 2026 at $5, $10, $20 and $50. Top prizes are $200,000, $500,000, $1 million and $2.5 million, and each game printed four of them. Overall odds run from 1 in 4.23 on the $5 to 1 in 3.26 on the $50.

Which Lucky 7 ticket is the best value?

The $50 Lucky 7 Multiplier. It returns 78% of sales as prizes with overall odds of 1 in 3.26 and rates 96.2 on our ValueScore™, the highest of the 81 active games in Texas. The $5 version returns 68% and rates 60.0, ranking 30th.

Do high ValueScores mean these are generous games?

Not on payout alone. All four return at or below the national average for their price point, with the $50 at 78% against a 79.5% national average for $50 tickets. The scores are high because the games launched with every top prize unclaimed and none of the run sold, and that advantage shrinks as tickets sell.
