A Katy resident has claimed a $1 million top prize on the Texas Lottery's $20 200X The Cash scratch ticket. According to the Texas Lottery, the ticket was sold at Kroger 733 at 1550 W. Grand Parkway S. in Katy. The winner chose to remain anonymous.
This was the second of the game's four $1 million top prizes to be claimed. The lottery said the retailer may qualify for a $10,000 bonus under its Retailer Bonus Program.
